Munay Ki

Munay Ki is a series of nine rites, shared with the world by the Q’ero people of the mountains of Peru. This tribe came down from their isolation specifically to share their methods of love and healing. Join us as we explore how to heal ourselves and thus the world around us. This class explores tradition, culture, and touches on Shamanic practices such as journeying, breathwork, drumming, and meditation as a form of self-reflection.
